Our St Leonard’s office is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner across all areas of our business. You will be the first contact candidates will have with ACOR and will be responsible for ensuring they receive an outstanding experience with their application.

As a Resourcer, your role will focus on roles primarily within the engineering industry but supporting the wider business as required.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring all candidates are contacted and kept updated of the status of their application
• Shortlisting applicants & conducting telephone screens
• Identify and communicate with existing and potential candidates
• Ensure ATS is up to date – including making notes, skilling candidates, and building talent pools
• Work closely with our TA Partner to pro-actively resource and pre-qualify suitable candidates via various platforms

Your skills & experience:

• Ability to initiate & maintain relationships in a professional environment
• Any agency or in-house recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• An understanding or exposure to working in engineering, consulting or professional service
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner

You will be part of a small and collaborative team with full support & any required development from our Talent Acquisition Partner

This opportunity could be worked on a part-time and/or casual basis, with flexibility around working from home.
