We are providing Project Management Consultancy, Manpower Solution and raining Services in Project Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Estimation, Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Project Risk Assessment, Project Risk Management and Auditing Project Control Systems since 2009.

One of our major client in Alberta looking for a IT Project Manager for its IT projects.

Responsibilities

· Manage and deliver a large-scale Enterprise Capital Portfolio & Project Management IT Project across multiple organization levels and stakeholder groups

· Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the IT delivery team ensuring that milestones are being achieved

· Interact with the development team to ensure that requirements are correctly understood and implemented

· Align resources to deliver project deliverables for software, integration, and business process implementation

· Collaboratively develop, monitor, and control overall project plan including project schedule

· Identify and make recommendations for areas for process and systems improvement

· Primary liaison for Enterprise Capital Portfolio & Project Management Vendor

· Collaboratively develop, monitor, and control project budget and forecasts

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

· Should have worked on large scale integration project particularly integration of ERP application with other SaaS product. Minimum 7 year experience is required.

· Relevant certificate, diploma, degree or designation program in Project Management

· Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies (sample project plan, communication plan)

· Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Integrations. Experience in SaaS and Multiple ERP Integrations (such as SAP and Oracle) will be an asset

· Demonstrated success with large-scale, enterprise IT implementations as part of a business transformation

· Experience within a merger and acquisition environment will be considered an asset

· Knowledge and experience with large scale multifunctional IT implementation initiatives.

· Demonstrated experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and facilitating a team-oriented approach

· Knowledge of IT Enterprise Transformational Projects will be considered an asset

· Working Knowledge of OCM Methodologies will be considered an asset

· Strong Written and Verbal Communication

Deliverables Expectations:

· Process Flows

· Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members

· Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility

· Participate in data conversion and data maintenance

· Provide best practice and industry specific solutions

· Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions

· Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.

· Participate as a team member of the functional team

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Location

· Calgary or Remote within Canada

Salary & Benefits

· 9-10 month contact which can be extended for longer term based on performance.

· $65 – $80 per hour
