Acis Group Hiring for Technical Support Engineer Job at Doncaster, England Full Time

However, this ‘hands-off’ approach assumes you are able to take control of your own responsibilities and performance.

We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer for both hardware and software support in relation to IoT GPS Tracking solutions.

This is a varied role wherein the applicant will be expected to engage with customer onboarding and aftersales providing:

-setup support
-product hardware support both remotely and onsite
-maintenance updates
-Application monitoring and installing
-Ongoing performance care
-Software optimisation
-Liaising with supplier technical support

The applicant will need to demonstrate a good level of problem solving skills, patience and persistence to be suitable for the role.

• A clear interest and passion for technology and technological trends.

Training will be provided and candidates can initially work from home although will eventually required to work from office on a permanent basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
