Acing Limited Hiring for E-commerce Coordinator – 5th Avenue Store at New York, New York Full Time

CHOCHENG is seeking a 5th Avenue Store E-Commerce Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for the site including site maintenance, site merchandising, product launches and dealing with customer service. The ideal candidate is a responsible and detail-oriented individual who will take on a wide array of responsibilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and curate e-commerce website and Amazon online store
• Create and execute e-commerce business and marketing plan
• Maintain all retail and e-commerce inventory
• Manage shipping and logistics
• Manage and update website e.g. uploading images and promotions
• Manage social media platforms, including marketing
• Manage online customer requests
• Monitor orders to minimize frauds
• Analyze monthly sales performance by product and category
• Audit regularly to ensure all products are displayed properly
• Identify opportunities to increase sales
• Report bugs on the website
• Support daily operations for the website and retail store
• Assist with other departments if needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce
• Must have experience in operating Amazon online store and Shopify online store
• Knowledgeable and experience with knitwear
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• A team player
• Flexible working schedule
• Photoshop experience a plus
• Photography and videography experience a plus
