About the role
We are seeking a data-driven and action-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead all efforts on our organic channels.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of our brand and products through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with sales, data, and elearning teams to understand our customers and products and create critical digital touchpoints across the buyer’s journey.
We are seeking a candidate who is skilled at leveraging data and analytics to proactively improve web performance and drive customer conversion.
Strong project management skills, creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to connect the dots between multiple channels and data points will make you successful in the role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of digital specialists, focused on SEO, website strategy, marketing qualification, and SEM campaigns, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the companys vision and growth objectives
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure digital strategies align with overarching marketing goals and enhance brand authority
Drive strategic oversight of SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategy, to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
Oversee website strategy, design, and development efforts to create user-friendly, conversion-optimized websites and landing pages
Introduce, monitor, and optimize SEM campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to refine targeting, ad copy, and bid strategies for maximum ROI
Analyze digital performance metrics, generate actionable s, and present findings to leadership, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with other departments, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding digital teams to deliver measurable results and drive growth
Expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and website optimization
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CMS platforms (Webflow), Salesforce and HubSpot
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize digital performance
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong project management abilities to oversee digital campaigns, meet deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices
Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact
