We’re seeking candidates for the Customer Service Associate role who possess:

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• At least one year of experience in Customer Service Representative roles or related hospitality positions such as retail or restaurants
• The ability to apply and articulate product or service knowledge effectively
• A commitment to continuous learning and training to elevate hospitality skills and enhance customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others
• A desire to expand in-person hospitality skills to foster deeper connections
• Excellent communication skills
