Acenda Integrated Health is seeking a creative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist. Our team is growing, and this is a great opportunity for a passionate, hard-working entry-level marketer looking to make an impact and help to build our team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and ing on digital marketing activities for our key programs, services, impact, and executive initiatives.

Areas include, but are not limited to, search engine marketing, social media, data visualization, analytics, and general web development.

This position is responsible for creating original social media content, including videos, graphics, and more. This specialist will focus on increasing engagement with potential clients and their families, donors & volunteers, industry professionals, and the community at large.

This position will to the Marketing Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Implement digital content, SEO and social media campaigns with knowledge of Google Analytics / AdWords, social media advertising, etc.
• Manage all of our social media channels across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube following the social media strategy, executing competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification in order to expand company brand recognition.
• Having knowledge of programs, services, and events at Acenda and creating a marketing campaign around.
• Developing strategies for engaging with key audiences, such as recruiting potential employees, reaching potential clients / supporters and telling the Acenda story using social channels.
• Increasing social media engagement with our brands and talent to strengthen relationships and build brand association.
• Staying abreast of the latest social trends and suggest how Acenda could join the conversation.
• Maintain email lead building.
• Create graphics, videos, and images as needed.
• Maintain and update our websites.
• Assist with managing and executing PPC campaigns from start to finish.
• Assist with lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Propose new Internet marketing strategies and methodologies.
• Create, monitor and manage campaigns based on keyword search including management summaries.
• Remain current on the best practices in the search marketing / social media landscape.
• Maintain marketing effectiveness s and dashboards based on the analytics and other data collected to help programs and management understand campaign effectiveness.
• Develop web pages, site content and specific landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to gain insight into other marketing approaches.
• Perform any and all other duties as necessary and as assigned by your supervisor for efficient functioning of the Department, Office, and Agency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, or Business-related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media for businesses, digital advertising, and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS (WordPress preferably).
• Excellent writing and editing skills; effective communication and presentation skills.
• Synthesize and analyze data.
• Strong project management, organizational, and process implementation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently and effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to build strong relationships and navigate across a matrixed organization.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tactics for health care or business.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with social media, creative and project management software; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
