Join us at the crossroads of relationships, process, creativity and innovation as our newest Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner.

Your focus will be driving the success and ongoing improvement of the talent acquisition process for key leadership roles across the organization. You’ll lead and manage the search process, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to effectively network, source, interview, and make hiring recommendations for management-level positions, from Director to C-suite and others as assigned.

You’ll play a critical role on the team, working closely with hiring managers from across the organization to coach and advise on effective, rigorous, and equitable selection practices.

Here’s what you’ll need to qualified for the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Human Resources or related field;
• PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other Talent Acquisition/Sourcing professional designation a plus
• Minimum of eight (8) years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience with at least two (2) years recruiting management and executive-level positions.
• Experience leading/guiding/consulting on process development and improvements of executive-level searches
• Proven track record of filling executive/management level roles in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.

Compensation $82,000 -$92,000
