ACE Virtual Learning Hiring for Online Algebra 2 Teacher Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities of our Online Algebra II Teacher role include the following:

• Teaching Algebra II via Zoom to our students
• Answering a few questions throughout the week on the students’ Google Classroom portal if they have any
• Grading homework assignments that the students complete
• Writing feedback for the students to keep track of their strengths & weaknesses

All teaching materials will be provided for you. You do not need to create presentations to teach from during class, and you do not need to find/create homework assignments for the kids. This will all be provided to you.

All teachers must be available to teach at least 1-2 hours from Monday – Friday during 2:00 – 6:00 PM PST, as that is when our sessions take place.

If you are unable to teach during these hours, please refrain from applying.

Time Commitment:

At first you may start off with 2-4 hours per week, but you may have 5-10 hours per week after 3-4 months.

However, we will only allocate the additional hours if you request them. There are no penalties for preferring to work under 10 hours per week.

If you feel that you must be working 10 or more hours per week, this role may not be fit for you as you will likely start off with 2-4 hours per week, and then progress towards 10 hours per week after a short period of time.

Must be responsive via email, no more than 3 hours response time during business hours

This role is very flexible. Our staff will abide by your schedule, and help meet your needs with a very open-minded approach.

Our staff is also very responsive throughout the day and night. You may ask questions at any time during the day or night, and receive a prompt response.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
