POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in creating and maintaining ACE SOUTHERN’s digital content, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that marketing and communication plans are aligned with the strategic goals of the company. This position will be responsible for day-to-day email, SMS and social media communication to existing and prospective customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist is analytical and comfortable working with KPIs and ing on results.

**We are open to this position being hybrid or remote**

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, communications, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in the marketing or related field, B2B experience a plus
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, PPC)
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization
• Able to plan, schedule and organize tasks to achieve goals
• Proven skills in identifying issues, determining their cause, developing solutions, and following through with implementation
• Familiarity with the content management systems, such as WordPress
• Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO and SEM

Responsibilities:

• Create content for, and manage marketing email and SMS campaigns
• Proactively plan and execute A/B tests for content
• Plan and post engaging content across all social media channels
• Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant
• Manage content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms
• Work with the Digital Multimedia Specialist for images, gifs, or video clips for the website, social media, or other marketing channels
