Business Hours: 7 Days a week: 7:00am-9:00pm with weekend flexibility, hours may change based on the needs of the company.

Ace Solves it All is Central Florida’s # 1 Service and Repair Company Performing Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning servicing all over Central Florida. We need to hire more skilled Dispatchers to schedule and dispatch our Tech’s all-over Central Florida. We also need to add additional CSRs for our team. Experience with Service Titan Software a plus but we will train the right people. This position requires being able to multitask as it must make the day profitable.

In this position, you will be:

• Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
• Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs
• Using your creative thinking & teamwork skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of each day
• Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our customers
• Prioritize the most urgent and profitable calls.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving.
• Demonstrate ownership in work ethics.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician s progress.
• Conduct follow-up calls upon driver s departures with customers

• Electric, HVAC, and plumbing experience is a PLUS
• Service Titan knowledge is a PLUS

The right candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Outstanding communication, diligence, and organizational skills
• Solution oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic
• Able to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines
• Strong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Available to work evenings, On-call, and weekends
