About This Role The primary focus of this position is to manage the increasing complexity and capability of our website, both locally (Franchisee-driven content) and nationally (Enterprise-driven content). To successfully compete in our category, our website must drive new prospects to the business. This can only be accomplished by daily web management. A successful person in this job approaches their responsibilities not only from an AHS business aspect but also empathetically from a Franchise Owner’s point of view. What You’ll Do

• Serve as primary contact for all website content changes for company home page and all franchise owner pages
• Monitor Monday.com digital ticket requests and execute web changes as described in franchise owner driven change requests
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at the support center and with owners for clarity of understanding digital marketing requests and communicate upon completion
• Create and upload new or updated content assets in the CMS following organized format
• Trouble-shoot issues with digital and website changes with the appropriate teams and collaborate to find quick solutions
• Perform website maintenance and updates such as adding and removing users, apply guardrails for usage, and identify when new integrations are needed
• Create content for franchise owners to assist in their SEO efforts
• Collaborate with the creative team in delivering the correct specs needed for CMS
• Stay up to date with industry trends and inform other stakeholders of the required changes

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent skills and experience
• 2 years’ Experience in marketing, creative development, and print coordination
• Understanding of digital media and digital acumen
• Experience with various digital platforms
• Able to learn new digital platforms quickly
• Concise, articulate written and verbal communication
• Genuine interpersonal and listening skills
• Experience in digital community management for a brand or organization.
• Documented experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented.
