We currently have a job opportunity for a Payroll Clerk in Louisville, KY to work in a very fast-paced and efficiency-driven, office setting.

Flexible schedule:

• Rotating schedule- Requires working every other weekend (Sat and Sun)
• Hours: 8:00am – 4:30
• On-call rotation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year payroll experience
• Data Entry Skills

• Exposure to QuickBooks is preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides customer service relating to time entries and payroll information to associates.
• Collects, calculates, and enters pay-specific data
• Resolves pay discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Establishes and maintains permanent files.
• Reviews and prepares direct deposit information.
• Provides miscellaneous administrative assistance for Payroll
• Other administrative functions, as necessary. to ensure smooth functioning of the Payroll Operations.
