- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for marketing and creative/product team members
- Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for forecasted needs
- Source candidates via search tools which include LinkedIn, direct applicants, referrals, and networking,
- Schedule interviews, and conduct phone/video screens
- Provide leadership with feedback as to how to make the candidate experience and overall, TA processes more efficient.

- 2+ years’ experience of Marketing agency recruiting experience
