• Our client provides engineering, construction and maintenance for distribution and transmission powerlines, substations, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects and renewable energy projects.

• Develop processes and a platform for recruiting for all corporate and senior level roles within the company
• Ensure a strong candidate experience
• Develop resources to identify candidates outside of the company website to ensure the organization is identifying the best talent to support their growth
• Work with all key stakeholders in the organization to build relationships and understand the talent needs in order to develop a strategy
• Ability to be both tactical and strategic with talent acquisition
• Develop dashboard on searches to share with key stake holders and provide transparency on the process
• Manage the University recruiting process and Recruiting Coordinator

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 5 + years of recruiting experience
• BS/BA Degree a strong plus
• Demonstrated history of working in a high volume environments
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Motivated, enthusiastic professional looking to impact the candidate experience
