About High Street House:

High Street House is a quaint assisted living community with 11 apartments located in a quiet residential setting, just blocks from downtown Lake City. High Street House has a cozy, family feel environment.

About This Role:

Our Home Health Aides are on the front line, working with our residents and all other staff, providing direct care for our residents with various needs within an assisted living environment. Your person centered approach will play an intricate role in preserving the dignity of each resident.

When the need arises, you will be asked to help out your team members in other areas. You will have the opportunity to work alongside THE most amazing team!!

This is part time, overnight shift from 10:45PM – 7:00AM. Schedule is as follows below.

• Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Thursday

About You:

• 18 years or older.
• Loves working in an environment that is fun and rewarding.
• Previous experience as a HHA, RA, CNA, TMA is a plus but not necessary. We will train!
• Compassionate and caring.
• Must be able to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check.
