We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in joining our team and growing with our organization. This is a great opportunity to participate in the entire accounting process and expand your accounting knowledge on a wide array of client engagements.
Diversified duties include overseeing staff work, completing the month end close, analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining work papers and the preparation of monthly financial statements. In addition, this position is responsible for managing client relationships and other special projects as necessary.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and possess a minimum of 5 years of practical work experience, with strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel. Successful candidates must have strong accounting skills, be able to manage priorities and multi-task, and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience working in an outsourcing firm is highly desirable for this position. This role is one of the main points of contact to our clients, an outgoing, confident and attentive personality is important. Must complete training in the ARI office in Glastonbury, CT prior to working remotely.
