Our continued growth has led to this exciting remote (work from home), permanent part time role. This role supports our bookkeeping business with admin + operations planning and support, so we can continue to deliver high level quality services to our clients. 

We are a bookkeeping practice specialising in supporting female-led businesses, delivering clarity & confidence to our clients. A B O U T   T H E   R O L E

This is a permanent part time role of up to 12 hours per week, over 4 days, increasing further as the role grows. You will work a total of 2-3 hours per day during our respective office hours of 9am-3pm AEST, Monday to Thursday (Yes! You will have Fridays to yourself). This is a fabulous opportunity for you if you are looking to return to work, want to work within school hours, or are generally keen to integrate more balance into your life.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S  I N C L U D E

• Client onboarding & liaison
• Engagement letters (including digital signing platforms)
• Updating and managing internal systems and workflow
• Monitoring and following up client details, tasks and information
• Content management
• Maintaining and updating website with podcast episodes & blogs
• Regular client communication & mailouts with email software
• Digital course platforms management and updating
• Posting to social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)

+ Other fun stuff including: research, creating presentations, sending gifts, inbox management etc

P O S I T I O N R E Q U I R E M E N T S

• Administration support experience in an accounting business (or professional services)
• Incredible time management and communication skills
• A love of problem solving
• Ability to be resourceful, with a take-charge ‘get it done’ approach
• Self motivated, delivery focused and forward thinking
• Live in Australia and have work eligibility as a permanent resident or citizen

• you’ve mastered and are proficient in platforms like Searchie, WordPress, Ignition & ActiveCampaign
• you know your Xero from your zero and have an accounting/bookkeeping background
• you excel at Excel
• your middle name is organisation

We’re looking for someone ready to start in February.
