Our client is a leading not-for-profit on the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis until February 2023.

This is a busy, interesting and varied role with a lot of potential to make a big difference to an established team.

Due to the nature of their business a Current Working with Children’s Check is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to end recruitment including standard HR administration
• Creating job ads and descriptions, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews
• Assist current TA with ongoing recruitment and advertising strategies
• Maintain applicant talent pool and identify trends
• Maintain and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Recommend system and process enhancements
• Coordinate induction, on-boarding and exit interviews
• Response to queries and relevant enquiries
• Stakeholder management, internally and externally
• Support managers on remuneration mapping and salary benchmarking
• Active involvement in people and capability projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications with high volume experience
• Confident with candidate sourcing platforms
• Track record in coordinating best practice recruitment
• Excellent communication, relationship building and time management skills
• Tech savvy and ability to use relevant technology
• Current Victorian Drivers’ License and Working with Children’s Check
