Account Executive Job at Wichita, KS US Full Time

DES Employment Group is seeking a highly motivated, Account Executive that will be responsible for conducting outside sales and promotion of our services. DES Employment Group established in 1999, with our corporate office in located in Des Moines, IA is looking to expand our Wichita, KS location. DES is a full-service, staffing and employment firm. The chosen candidate must be able to understand all services offered and should have an outgoing personality with an ability to build strong relationships. Some of our best people have come from the restaurant or hospitality industries, no experience is required.

Daily duties will include outside business selling, cold calling, lead generation, follow up as well as attending business networking events and being involved in the community. Entertaining customers and meeting new people is a perk you will enjoy regularly.

The position pays a base salary plus commission as well as a monthly gas and cell phone allowance among other job related benefits.

Outgoing personality, ability to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients

Interest in longevity with our company

20+ in-person cold call stops per day (goal)

Research and cold call potential clients

2-4 new accounts per months (quota is 2, goal is 4)

Microsoft Office

Detail orientated

Driver’s license and vehicle insurance

High school diploma or equivalent
