Navkar Logistics Ltd. is a Winnipeg-based logistics company specializing in pharmaceutical deliveries, final‑mile, and e‑commerce fulfillment, and we’re now taking our fulfillment offering national. We help Canadian brands scale with reliable warehousing, inventory storage, pick/pack, kitting, returns handling, labeling, and value‑added 3PL services.
As our National Fulfillment Sales Representative, you will own business development for e‑commerce and omni‑channel brands across Canada. You’ll target small to mid‑market DTC and wholesale brands (Shopify and other platforms) that ship across Canada and into the U.S., positioning Navkar as their 3PL partner for national coverage.
You will research and prospect new national accounts, run discovery calls, and build multi‑stakeholder relationships with founders, operations leaders, and supply chain teams. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, solution design, pricing, proposals, and closing—then work with our operations and warehouse teams to implement and grow each account. Your focus is to build and manage a profitable book of business and help shape our national fulfillment strategy.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in 3PL, logistics, parcel/courier, or selling services to e‑commerce and retail brands. You understand (or can quickly learn) e‑commerce and B2B fulfillment—SLAs, shipping zones, warehouse location trade‑offs, and the value of a strong 3PL partner—and you are comfortable selling remotely across provinces with occasional travel for key accounts and events.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, with upside tied to national account growth, along with flexibility on location within Canada (with periodic visits to our Winnipeg facility).
