As our next Administration Assistant reporting directly to the Building Manager, you will:

• Provide strong operational support to the Building Manage and your team
• Assist staff with account queries
• Maintain the finance filing system
• Participate in Trust Accounting
• Generate and process invoices, carrying out Month End administrative requirements, and assist with payroll processing
• Participate in the production of Month End Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, and Accounts Payable

What we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A person with initiative, ambition and desire to learn
• Someone possessing an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• A person with experience in a similar position is regarded highly
