About the Role
As theTalent Acquisition Manager, you will work with our field teams to develop, implement, and drive how AccordCare finds top talent. In addition to helping to being a subject matter expert, you will lead various Talent Acquisition initiatives that enable us to recruit rapidly and meet the needs of the clients we serve here at AccordCare!
Responsibilities

• Lead the process of recruiting for all corporate positions

• Stay on top of new technologies and sourcing models to help us be a leader in identifying the best talent in healthcare

• Assess and manage our job board, social media, and sourcing partners to the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness

• Work within Applicant Tracking System and ensure we are managing the candidate experience and workflow flawlessly

• Leveraging HRIS (Paycom) Applicant Tracking Solution and identify opportunities for optimization

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and senior leaders to promote recruitment initiatives

• Contribute in any way you can to the success of AccordCare.

• Ensure all Talent Acquisition activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures.

• Promote and improve training initiatives on all processes of the recruitment cycle

• Partner closely with the business and the HR team to gain their support, involvement, and acceptance for the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Establish metrics that encourage behaviors focused on candidate quality and candidate and manager experience to measure and monitor the recruiting team’s performance

• Build a comprehensive recruiting strategy that builds our employer brand and drive recruiting and retention initiatives.

• Collaborate and support the needs of our field-based talent teams in impactful building recruiting campaigns

• Manage recruitment and advertising budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in talent acquisition

• Self-starter

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong Project Management experience

• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinker

• Experience in sourcing passive talent and ability to create strategy

• Healthcare experience is a plus
