Accord Financial Group provides financing for businesses to purchase machinery and vehicles. Our customers are located across the country. We help them to grow and be successful.

Accord is looking for a highly motivated person with sales or strong customer service experience. We see the economy continuing to grow and demand for equipment is strong. Our salespeople have been working through the pandemic, and now we need more selling power.

Position Summary

• Develop relationships with sellers of machinery and equipment to support their sales with effective finance programs.
• Provide financing solutions for buyers of equipment to help them purchase equipment for their businesses.
• Our selling is business-to-business. You deal with business owners and entrepreneurs.
• Build your own sales team as your business volume develops.
• As you develop the business, you will be able to work more from home if you choose.
• We will train you about the financial services industry.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn $60,000 to $200,000+ after you have been here for a while.
• Base salary plus 20% commission initially, then switch to 43½% commission when you can earn more than as salaried.
• Quarterly and annual bonuses.
• QuickStart incentives — they give you extra reward for a faster start.
• Unlimited earning potential.
• We pay half your medical insurance and contribute to your IRA.
• Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
• Little or no travel.
• Flexible work conditions.
• Safe work conditions. Initial training will be in the office with limited staff, then you will be able to work remotely if you wish.

• Well-developed communication skills coupled with a persuasive nature.
• Natural inclination to like people and build relationships.
• Tons of energy, humor, enthusiasm.
• Ability to develop new business.
• Selling experience and proficiency are desirable.
• Attentive to details.
• Computer literate.
• Desire to be successful. Driven.
• Prior positions might include sales representative, account executive, business development, inside sales, outside sales, customer service.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
