We are looking for a true HR Generalist to join our small team based at the Corporate Office. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will partner with executive leaders, line managers and employees to provide a range of HR services and both operational and strategic advice aligned to our people strategy.

What you will be doing: *

• Assist in building strong teams, while driving a positive culture.
• Coach and support leaders to effectively and consistently manage their workforce.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide advice to leaders in their solution of team issues including performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews.

Your experience and Skills include: *

• Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience with expansive knowledge of HR related legislation, Fair Work, Work Cover, IR and Industrial Instruments.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar discipline.
• Experience creating and implementing best practice HR processes and procedures.
• Ability to think at a commercial level with experience influencing and driving business outcomes.
• Experience within the Hotel and/or Hospitality industry preferred.
