About the Role
Bring your own flare to this newly created role. In the Recruitment & Sales training coordinator position you will be responsible for partnering with our Program Managers to ensure success of the Accor Plus loyalty program through the recruitment, induction, training & development of new Loyalty Sales Consultants.
Accor Plus are experiencing a growth phase and our recruitment objective is to increase the overall occupancy (headcount) for each office to meet those needs. Utilising your recruitment skills identify applicants to train, coach and develop to set them up for success, achieve their sales targets and personal goals.
Work your way with a hyper personal work agreement. This role has the flexibility to work from home (WFH) during large parts of the recruitment cycle or work 100% from the Melbourne office…Your call!
