The role of Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide recruitment and onboarding support for Accor sites located in Coffs Harbour, Kingscliff and Tweed Heads.

This support includes candidate screening, development of talent pools, proactive recruitment campaigns on social media, reference checking and driving the turnaround time of contracts and online VEVO checks.

This role will report into the Regional Talent & Culture Manager and has the potential to become a permanent position with lots of opportunity for rapid development and exposure to generalist work. Role to be based at Peppers Salt – Kingscliff with alternate work scheduling available for the right candidate.
