Global Talent Acquisition Lead role, responsible for moving our Talent Acquisition Forward, influencing stakeholders and managing one direct report based in the UK.

We are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People and Communications team. You will work closely with the newly formed Talent, Performance & Culture team which works across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Remuneration and Benefits, and Payroll.
This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for moving our Talent Acquisition function forward and delivering excellence through the wider HR team. The role has one direct report, Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is based in the UK. This is a busy, dynamic and pivotal role to the global success of Accolade Wines. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of some exciting new projects within the Talent, Performance & Culture team!
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious recruiter who enjoys working with managers to secure the right talent for the right role. This role would suit an individual who is looking to gain people management experience and move into a more strategic role, while still managing end to end recruitment.
You will be based in our beautiful Sydney offices, with flexibility to work from home.
This role is full-time and permanent.
