Job Description
ACCIONA Geotech Group Services is a collection of departments that service the group’s construction companies, and one that is continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the way they support the group. Our departments include marketing and communication, legal, finance, HR, safety, workshop and plant and business improvement.
ACCIONA are now looking for recent IT Graduate or under grad to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will provide support to ACCIONA employees and partners at site using ACCIONA devices, infrastructure, or environments, partnering with Acciona’s Global Service Desk team.
Your key objectives are, but not limited to:
  • Provide first level support including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using the ITSM tools
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate Level 2 and Level 3 technician/team (or beyond) as required
  • Provide clear and concise notes within ServiceNow against each ticket, and where necessary update/develop Knowledge Base articles
  • Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures
  • Achieve 80% ticket resolutions on SLAs as defined by ACCIONA
Required Skills and Competencies
Supporting your Degree in IT or Computer Science you will possess the ability to communicate effectively with a broad and diverse range of people including offshore teams in Vietnam and India.
You will have a willingness to learn on the job and the ability to problem solve and manage issues effectively.
