About our Graduate Program:

The ACCIONA Construction Australia Graduate program provides you with:

• Accredited Civil Construction and Leadership skills;
• Multi-discipline collaboration and work-based projects;
• Opportunities available in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia

You will also be a part of our GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM which provides you with a Postgraduate Certificate, with content designed in collaboration with ACCIONA professionals.

Working together with Graduates from around the globe, you will be provided with 9 learning modules that will allow you to develop cross-functional knowledge and skills.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics and/or Business
• Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• High degree of passion and ambition
• Mobility and flexibility to travel intrastate / interstate if required
