About Human Resources
We understand that to have a big impact on the world we first need to make sure that our employees are happy, healthy, and engaged. We see each employee as a unique, whole person and have built our programs and benefits around their development as both professionals and members of the broader community. We provide services that meet our organizational needs and are always looking for innovative and creative ways to do this. We understand the importance of identifying and developing diverse, top tier talent to be successful in our mission, which is to provide financial services to vulnerable populations around the world.
Why you should consider working with us:
We are a strategic partner. We are focused on Accion’s mission and always looking for ways to better partner with teams and support our employees so that they have the tools and skillsets needed to meet and exceed their goals. We get ambitious things done in a supportive environment. We are a small team with audacious goals. We love what we do and are constantly learning new things from each other and our networks. In this position you will have the opportunity to propose and implement initiatives that foster employee development across the organization, influence our culture, and promote Accion’s values.
We appreciate each other as people. We believe that the diversity of thoughts, perspectives, and opinions are key for us to remain at the top of our field. We know that to grow we need to surround ourselves with people who have had different experiences and backgrounds to ensure creativity of thought and innovation in our work.
