Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Medium sized International, multidiscipline design consultancy who are looking for a Civil Railway Track designer. This role will be based in Manchester London working with a growing team on a spectrum railway projects.

This consultancy is looking for an Assistant Engineer to step up to a Civil Engineering position. This individual will have to be ambitious Engineer with strong leadership qualities to work with a high performing Track team.This consultancy work on a mixture high profile railway project and you will be acting as a lead engineer. You will be focused on permanent Way designs, Studies and reports for all railway infrastructure. This is a fantastic role for an Assistant or Civil Engineer to take lead in this specialist field.

Key points:

• UK design consultancy experience  
• Experience in engineering alignment design and track components.
• Experience and ability to use AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley RailTrack/OpenRail and ClearRoute 2 (Knowledge of Track Ex)
• Knowledge of construction principles and standards including RSSB Group Standards, Network Rail GRIP
• Process and Company StandardsDriven to be working towards CEng (MICE, or CIWEM) status or have already.
• Flexibility in Hours and Travel to client Sites and other consultancy offices.
