Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Talent Coordinator. You will handle full-cycle recruiting responsibilities—starting compensation up to $55,000/year.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Coordinator:
- Work within the talent team completing all day-to-day recruiting operations.
- Work in the ATS, posting and refreshing jobs and updating candidate information.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone), coordinate appropriate assessments, make recommendations for hire, and prepare and present formal offers.
- Work with marketing team to develop recruitment advertising programs (internal and external).
What We’re Looking For in a Talent Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and partnerships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
