Billion $$$ global expanding healthcare conglomerate now seeks degreed Talent Acquisition Specialists (seeking IT Recruiter & Healthcare Recruiter) with 1-3 years diversified talent acquisition expertise. Seeking highly experienced in full-desk recruitment, including creating a total strategy for sourcing, pipeline development, screening, and bringing the best candidates to the business. Stay ahead of the business and industry changes, and ensure results align to critical business needs and goals. Creates robust search strategies that will identify and attract the most qualified candidates, including development of innovative geographical strategies for hard to fill roles. Screens job applicants to ensure they meet qualifications of assigned positions as well as competency and values alignment. Continually meet with hiring managers and division heads to discuss current and upcoming needs. Provide continuous feedback to candidates to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience. Meet or exceed relevant recruitment metrics and continually evaluate results to identify improvement opportunities. Utilize social media to drive an effective digital marketing and social media recruitment strategy. Coordinate searches and provide personal hands-on approach to ensure a world- class candidate experience. Must be familiar with recruiting compliance programs. Must have professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic, project management and negotiation skills. Microsoft Office.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
