Two of our largest most prestigious expanding global clientele (Advertising/Media & Legal) now seek individuals for multiple positions with 1-3 years with any of the following skillsets: AP, AR or reconciliation. Experience maintaining AP & AR files and all related reconciliation transactions. Organize invoices and ensure they are ready for payment. Responsible for entering information into online system and disbursement of checks. Maintain files, records and proper backup for end of year audit and vendor inquiries. Responsible for reconciling, processing, analyzing and tracking of invoices. Manage all expenses and vendor payments. Work closely with Controller and accounting team to ensure high end AP functions. Review and approve all disbursements. Act as troubleshooter and process improvement specialist. Ensure internal controls and policies and procedures are functioning at the highest level. Prepare AP reports for senior financial team. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. Responsible for accounting related special projects. All positions have high growth potential. Must be able to thrive in busy environment with strong communication and multitasking skills as well as on time performance. Associates or BS degree a plus. MS Suite

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
