Job Duties

• Preparing document for scanning
• Inputting indexing data
• Retrieving indexing data from bar‐coded submittal sheets
• Performing quality control and quality assurance on images and indexed data
• De‐prepping documents and forwarding to inactive records holding
• Converting electronic documents
• Converting documents for one‐time import
• Using and maintaining the necessary imaging applications for scanning, indexing, quality assurance/control and importation of documents.
• Maintain the storage and upkeep of scanning material while waiting in transition for Off-site storage
• Assist with preparing boxes for offsite storage, maintaining physical records inventory, conducting audit of physical records inventory, preparing boxes for disposal and updating physical records inventory with updated legal hold information
• Assisting Records Management team on project tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

• Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment
• Must maintain a professional, pleasant manner when interacting with client and coworkers
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; and willing to learn new technologies
• Minimum of 2 years work experience not necessarily in this role
• Prior scanning experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead for to place on shelves
• Must be willing to work in warehouse with no air condition or heating (a portion of the workday)
