What you are expected to be doing: *

• Partner with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts from vacancy taking to offer

• Drive a consistent approach to hiring, meeting both the business needs and ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

• Drive external and internal hiring efforts with the emphasis on direct sourcing and reduction in agency spend

• Deliver against the talent acquisition strategy ensuring job post optimisation, recruitment pipeline development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital advertising and campaign management

• Use social media, job boards, LinkedIn and other technical channels to source candidates for open jobs ensuring all live jobs are advertised on the appropriate channels and advertisements are maintained and checked on a regular basis

• Attract, identify and source appropriate talent for current roles, while reducing the time to hire to agreed KPIs

• Manage the recruitment process life cycle for your business area, including initial assessments, interviews and offers

• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit, source and develop a talent pool

• Use the ATS to track applicants from the selection phase through to offer stage.

What you are expected to bring: *

• Several years’ experience of in-house Talent Acquisition is essential

• Able to adapt to change to meet the Company’s hiring needs

• Previous experience of educating hiring managers on the tools and process

• The individual should have experience of writing advertisements to support direct sourcing and talent attraction

• Proven ability of working with online search tools and a variety of recruitment media

• Knowledge of GDPR ensuring compliance with applicant tracking

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Demonstrable experience of working in a matrix environment

• Experience of bulk recruitment to upscale a workforce is desirable

• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

• Impeccable communication skills and proven experience of operating at all levels within an organisation.

• A second language would be highly appreciated
