Acceptance Insurance Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Nashville, TN Full Time

Essential Job Functions
Key Function: Recruiting

• Schedules candidate interviews for Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers, and panel groups
• Greets candidates (if arriving at corporate office)
• Communicates with Hiring Managers on a Weekly basis for job opening updates, interviews status, offers, pipelining candidates, etc
• Manages Job Postings and Evergreen Postings
• Reviews applications in Workday; push to Manager for review if they meet qualifications
• Follows up on sourced candidate contacts via email, text, and phone
• Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with sourcing for candidates by using resume databases and social media
• Assists in researching and networking with local schools and workforce centers for job postings and job fair announcements
• Participates in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates
• Communicates with applicants to schedule interviews in a timely and professional manner
• Serves as point-person to answer routine recruitment questions and provide support
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience using Workday applicant tracking system preferred
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and deliver results in a timely manner
• Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to build partnerships with internal and external network
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet savvy with strong research skills
• Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of the organization
• Good interpersonal skills

• Able to lift 0-10 pounds without assistance
