Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Utility industry (electric and/or gas) with focus on Energy Retail (Customer Engagement, Brand Marketing, Connected Energy or Intelligent Platforms (Functional SAP ISU)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic advisory or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 12 years of professional experience
Bonus Points If:
Affinity with technology and digitalization (e.g Salesforce, SAP)
Experience in sales and proposal development
Able to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to communicate and write fluently in English/French
