In this role you will:
Build a successful Low Carbon supply chain and Circular capability aligned with our SynOps workflow and process platform, leveraging the talent of our people and ecosystem partners

Leverage your core business development and entrepreneurial skills to understand and structure clients challenges develop hypotheses on solutions undertake market and trends assessments, develop business cases and build operations offerings to unlock value and enhance sustainability outcomes

Use your deep industry knowledge and energy expertise to advise clients on their sustainability and supply chain transformation

Build client and internal relationships and develop your pipeline of work through opportunity, proposal, and commercial phase

Lead high performing multidisciplinary global teams, leading by example, actively mentoring others and contributing to performance management and recruitment activities

Build a network of Accenture and external partners to help you sell, build and deliver your built solutions

Support knowledge building efforts such as developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and relevant thought leadership and engage with the wider Sustainability community across Accenture globally

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience working within low carbon logistics, manufacturing or water or waste reduction frameworks, standards and best practices in a corporate environment

Minimum of 5 years of supply chain logistics, manufacturing efficiency and/or physical product design with an emphasis on natural resource efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of delivery in an operations environment

Experience leading large scale new process and technology development projects within an organization on as an advisor to organizations

Strong understanding of financial value in a consulting or BPO services environment

Business case and financial management skills

Relationship building at all levels, including with Senior Executives and C Suite

Leadership of diverse global teams in complex and ambiguous strategy engagements

Staff development and mentoring

Comfort leading presentations and workshops with large audiences

Experience working on emerging energy challenges in multiple industries

Proven experience building and running low carbon, reduced waste, reduced water or other environmental commodity logistics and or manufacturing programs in corporate environments

Strong understanding of the commodity and ESG regulatory landscape to guide clients on how to prioritize

Extensive experience at a top tier consulting, services and or BPO firm or demonstrable experience building a new commercial business within a large global services firm

Experience of using digital technologies to solving clients complex business and sustainability problems

Confidence to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner and to constructively challenge team members and leadership to ensure the right client outcomes and value are delivered

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is$110,376- $196,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
