This role will work with Accenture and our customers to introduce and deliver the IBM & Red Hat private and hybrid cloud technologies.

In your role, you will participate in workshops to propose solutions to tough customer challenges, prove the business hypothesis and work on IBM OpenPages solution delivery.

As an Architect in the AIRBG, you will be looked upon as a subject matter expert and advocate fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around deploying and supporting large-scale GRC platforms.

You will also play a critical role in bringing together cross-functional teams from Red Hat and IBM’s product business, product engineering, Accenture support, professional services, and sales teams to meet the needs of our most demanding customers. You’ll serve as a customer advocate with these teams to architect the right solutions and to ensure that the solutions are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way.

• Experience in enterprise software leadership, project management, solution management, consulting and delivery
• Coordinate with multiple technical teams to ensure apt integration of functions to identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Analyse as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements and bridge the gap between technology and the business
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide/implement the strategy to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Partner with clients to understand the dynamics of value creation for the business solution
• Lead programs/projects focused on delivering agreed business outcomes for our clients and/or Accenture

More About you

• IBM Open Pages knowledge is a must.
• Experienced in Global Risk & Compliance Solution Architecting in a hybrid cloud model.
• Provide subject matter leadership in advanced Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) concepts and techniques.
• Define approach to deploy fully integrated OpenPages platform
• Utilize OpenPages GRC Platform, Algorithmics software components, and industry, methodology, and technical GRC knowledge.
• Proven experience working with technologies such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON and SOAP/REST Web Services and other Web technologies.
• Must know or be familiarized with the following areas of IBM OpenPages GRC platform: IBM OpenPages 6(Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, JSP Helpers, Application maintenance and other vendor utilities).
• Good to have SQL skills for data manipulation and validation (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle)
• Good to have functional knowledge of finance domain.
• Interested in AI and ML technologies and principles.
• The Tech Lead/Solution Architect for OpenPages will be responsible for doing design/development work on a daily basis, including but not restricted to Configuration, Workflow Development, Deployment Support and Post Support of the entire OpenPages application.
• He/She will also be assisting with the development of proposals, supporting business development activities and actively participating in the developer services community via knowledge sharing, best practice documentation and training.
• The person must be also willing to learn new areas and must be able to pick up things quickly related to the OpenPages application.
