Summary:

A key within our Early Talent team to engage with a high volume of candidates throughout the recruitment journey to provide an excellent candidate experience with a truly human approach. Provide advice and information for candidates who are considering Accenture as their future employer, as well as support and guide applicants already in our assessment process to help them feel confident to perform at their best. Be an outstanding ambassador for Accenture so that we can make all candidates feel valued in their interactions with the Early Talent Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Includes but not limited to the following:

Candidate Engagement

• Supporting candidates from pre-application stage right through to Assessment Centre. Acting as a point of contact to offer encouragement and advice to help candidates feel confident and engaged throughout their recruitment journey.

• Engage with candidates to encourage them to complete applications and provide guidance to help them perform at their best throughout the Assessments.

• Schedule interviews and provide interview preparation advice to candidates

• Support interviewing managers with any queries

• Host Assessment Centres when needed. Evaluating online assessments and writing candidate feedback.

• Assist with the planning of Sourcing and Diversity events including liaising with attendees, sending communications pre and post event, co-ordinating event logistics.

• Support our Career Launch Analysts when needed in the onboarding of new joiners including extending verbal offers and supporting new joiner events

Additional

• Recruitment analytics and reporting

• Managing a budget and reporting spend on a monthly basis

• Identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation and change where possible

• Conduct on-going research/analysis into our target audience & competitors to ensure our sourcing strategies are relevant and stand out in a crowded marketplace

• Keeping up to date with Accenture business and services in order to be able to answer candidate queries about life at Accenture

• Supporting the wider team on other recruitment projects where necessary

• Building relationships outside the Early Talent Team with stakeholders and the wider HR group

• Other duties as assigned when needed

Skills/Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and motivated by a high level of interaction with others

• Good attention to detail and time management skills

• Flexible and able to work with constantly changing demands

• An interest in data and able to use data to create insightful reports and identify trends

• Good ability to problem-solve and think on your feet

• Able to build relationships and effectively collaborate with colleagues in the UK and across the globe of ranging seniority
