Accel Logistics INC Hiring for Bilingual Recruiter Full Time

Accel Logistics Inc is looking for a Class A Driver Recruiter that knows the Frac Sand Industry and can make contact with drivers in person and over the phone. Skills you must have

• Organize high volume of driver applications and leads in applicant tracking system.
• Prioritize tasks in a high volume environment.
• Schedule and confirm attendance with qualified drivers for orientation.
• Maintain current knowledge of transportation rules and regulations as well as the company hiring guidelines.
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel- Google sheets
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee’s history to include employment, medical and driving records.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

Experience/Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• General knowledge of DOT requirements.
• Experience using Tenstreet & HireRight, is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

• 1 year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Midland, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
