Responsibilities

The recruiting manager is responsible for meeting expectations and fulfilling recruiting needs for assigned clients in the Healthcare Workforce business unit.This includes leading a team of recruiters and support staff, as needed to deliver client recruitment needs.

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone.
• Be willing to talk to candidates outside of normal business hours.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and email.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices for staffing agency placement, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Five years of health care recruiting experience required.
• Able to work from Home.
• Associate’s degree or directly related experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Social media access and knowledge.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
