Acara Solutions is looking for Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for our client located in Albany,NY
- Maintain internal resource aids such as SharePoint sites and content & grant user access to internal TA applications and tools
- Full-management and execution of contract conversion of contingent workforce consultants
- Assist in building a talent pipeline and help with candidate sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level roles as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as HR Technology, HR Operations, Talent Operation Managers, Global Mobility & Compensation, Legal & Marketing
- Onboard new team members including creating new hire acclimation plans, requesting account accesses, ordering equipment.
- Liaise with Global Mobility on International Recruitment and relocation
- Project work as necessary including but not limited to data reporting, employee referral program, SuperUser point of contact
- You foster, build and maintain relationships with key partners across the company
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is $ 32.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in professional talent acquisition or an operational background
- Minimum of 4 years experience in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in following structured processes
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition operations
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Training Facilitator
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sourcing
- Minimum of 4 years entry level experience in agency side, handling onboarding, sourcing or business development
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will demonstrate a understanding of people, processes, and technology within a highly complex, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deep understanding of recruitment operations process
- Subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology systems, Workday
- Deep understanding of recruitment operations with focus on experience management, critical transactional components
- Proven success driving process and systems advancement across a team
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment
- You thrive in an ever-evolving work environment
- You’re a self-starter who enjoys research and ad-hoc projects that help move the business forward and are eager to raise your hand
- You’re a team player that pitches in when and where you are needed
- You’re a critical thinker, you like to take notes and ask questions, and a natural investigator
- You are given ambiguous situations and you are able to provide clarity
- Leading projects; in a progressive and best in class recruiting organization with high volume, large multi-national organization
- Familiarity with FedCon regulations within talent acquisition and operations
- Prior or current The Client Company experience with an understanding of Client’s HR systems and processes
- Proven success with coaching and developing team capabilities and leading through vision and values
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
