The Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) is Australia’s most awarded 3D Animation, Game Design and Visual FX educator based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Online with a commitment to delivering high quality, specialist vocational and higher education.

AIE is looking for an enthusiastic sales professional seeking employment within the creative and progressive industries of game development and animation. The candidate will play an integral part of the admissions team through the recruitment and nurturing of prospective students into AIE. The candidate will also be responsible for the development of new business ideas through the expansion of current and existing relationships. The selected candidate must have a proven sales and customer relationship management background. The selected candidate must also have:

• Minimum of two years sales representative or account management experience.
• Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Have CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) experience.
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Interest in current generation games and animation is an advantage.
• Hold the right to work in Australia.
