Salary: £26,000 per annum + uncapped commission | OTE around £32,000-£35,000

Acacium Group are growing rapidly and with an increasing amount of amazing career opportunities across the business we’re looking to expand our Talent Acquisition Team to help resource and place the best talent across our 27 brands. This is an exciting opportunity which will see you managing the recruitment process from start to finish, building and maintaining relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders to fill vacancies within agreed time frames.

Every day you will…

• Support candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process providing them with a first-class customer service experience throughout
• Use various methods to source new talent for the organisation, including’ advertisements, headhunting, social media, referrals, networking with the aim of promoting our diverse range of career opportunities we have across the organisation
• Build and maintain long lasting internal relationships with your hiring managers by keeping them updated throughout the recruitment process and offering support and advice where necessary whilst developing a true partnership approach
