We believe in putting people first, which is why you will be part of our global People function as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading from the heart of our organisation. You’ll be responsible for articulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition, with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses/functions within and across the group.
As one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, you will support the business to attract the best talent, working in partnership with our brands to create an engaging attraction strategy for live roles and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
Every day you will…
Build strong internal stakeholder relationships, providing expert data driven insights on all recruitment activities.
Provide support, guidance, and coaching to a team to help them maximise their recruitment success and develop in their careers
Headhunt and source candidates for live vacancies through job boards, LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, and looking at new ways to reach this pool of candidates
Partner with your brands to design, develop and oversee the appropriate delivery of a TA strategy
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process and meet targets, KPIs, and performance objectives for yourself and your team.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
Have experience working in either an internal or agency recruitment setting with a background in managing teams
Deep knowledge and proven success in utilising recruitment CRMs, Job Boards, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms & marketing channels.
Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on service and delivery
Responsive and effective while working at pace to deliver time bound and quality led targets
