Recruitment Resourcer

Division: Pulse Nursing

Location: Gray’s Inn Road, London

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 DOE + Bonus

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our London office. You will be joining a fast-growing, award-winning recruitment business who are a market leader in the UK nursing sector. What will you be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer?

• Advert writing on all of our social media platforms
• Reviewing CV’s
• Pipelining candidates
• Prescreening candidates
• Onboarding successful Candidates
• Admin duties

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- both verbal and written
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
• Someone with a passion for Recruitment
