Job title: Learning and Development Partner

Location: Remote with regular travel to UK offices

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum plus performance-based bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our People Team for an L&D Partner. You will work to build strategies around training, identifying capability gaps and applying learning solutions.

Although this position is remote, you will be required to travel to our UK offices on a regular basis to carry out training on-site.

Every day you will…

Understand the learning needs within a defined area and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to agree the demand and training plan.

Build an understanding of the business area – strategies, goals, challenges and capability gaps and provide learning solutions to address the need.

Develop strategies to build business knowledge, gather information and build key networks to be able to analyse and interpret current and future learning needs.

Design and deliver training – operational, personal development, human skills, management and leadership

Review the current learning curriculum and learning activities and ensure alignment to current and future business needs. Where gaps exist, propose relevant learning solutions and work with necessary stakeholders to agreed learning plan.

Facilitate learning initiatives to focus on building commercial performance and the capability of individuals and teams.

The Ideal Candidate Has…

Previous experience in Learning & Development in a partnering, or managerial capacity

Experience in the development of strategic planning and tactical actions for both current and future needs with a strong ability in delivering effective solutions

An understanding of project management

Experience in establishing credibility and relationships with key stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications in L&D, or associated fields (CIPD, Coaching etc)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and partnership skills

Outstanding facilitation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
